Chapter Thirty Six: The Time When the Bird Must Fly

Akasha
What is the meaning of this Velis?

Velis smiled.
Velis
What do you mean?
Akasha
Well last I checked you held your place in our ranks. Now I am the receiver of your foot?

Velis laughed.
Velis
Sorry Akasha, but I don’t work for you anymore.
Akasha
You are not my enemy.
Velis
Oh but I think I am. I’m working with Hayden right here. Isn’t that right?
Hayden
She is right.

Akasha smiled.
Akasha
You know, I’ve always thought about killing you. The only problem was you were on our side. I guess it would be okay to do it now.
Velis
Be my guest.

Suddenly Akasha had her arm stretched out with Velis’ neck in it.
Akasha
You forget I can see your every move. You may be fast young one, but you’re not that fast.
Velis
Kill me, bitch.

Velis’ foot went up and Akasha jumped back.
Akasha
In due time.

Hayden appeared behind Akasha. His foot went up and met the ground.
Akasha
What speed, what speed.

Hayden, Velis, and Akasha now stood in a triangle.
Akasha
Velis, do you really think you can beat me? You’re nothing more than level three scum.
Velis
Two!

Velis appeared behind Akasha and swept her off her feet. Akasha’s hand touched the floor and she pushed herself into the sky. Hayden jumped up to meet her in the air. His fist was caught by her hand and she kicked him in the face. Hayden gracefully landed on the ground.
Hayden
You can’t keep this up forever.
Akasha
I don’t plan on it.

She raised her hands into the sky.
Akasha
Witness my lighting rain!

Roselyn
Malic, you may leave. Go now, to the top of the wall.

Malic disappeared.
Roselyn
How could you betray us mother?
Amya
You wouldn’t understand.
Roselyn
You went against your word mother. You said your allegiance was to the humans, not these monsters.
Amya
And my allegiance is still to them. There are just other methods of getting things done.

Amya stepped forward.
Amya
I saw the dead end before I ran into it. I made a decision that had to be made. I didn’t think you’d run with me so I had to make you think I had abandoned you. This is still for the good of the people.
Roselyn
You lie!

Roselyn slammed her hand into the ground. Giant green vines came from the ground in all directions surrounding Amya.
Amya
You’re still a child.
Roselyn
Save it.

The vines sprang towards Amya in attempts to capture her. Amya dodged them easily and turned them into stone one by one.
Roselyn
Knives of Leaf!

Roselyn slammed her hands together and the leaves from the tree fell down from the surrounding trees and quickly flew towards Amya.
Amya
This is not good enough.

Amya dodged each coming leaf. She landed behind Roselyn.
Amya
You’re weak, Rose.

Roselyn dropped on her two hands and pushed herself backwards. Her feet collided with Amya’s stomach and sent her into the tree wall.
Roselyn
I may be at sixty percent of my power but I’ll still fight you till the end.

Amya stood up and dusted off her white robes.
Amya
Sixty or a hundred, you are still no match.

Amya raised her hand and sand began to circle around her arm.
Amya
You are so young Roselyn and still so naive. I’d show you again the meaning of things and the reasons why things happen, but you’ve lived long enough.
Roselyn
So you are ready to kill me?
Amya
As it stands, I’ve always been.

Amya’s hand fired a spike of sand that hit Roselyn in the shoulder as she attempted to move out of the way.

Arkain
Gemma?

Gemma raised her head from her hands.
Gemma
Arkain?
Arkain
Gemma, do you remember me?

Arkain is still on the ground facing the sky.
Gemma
Yes Arkain, yes.

She moved to his side.
Gemma
Arkain, what has happened? I don’t remember anything.
Arkain
They’ve had you under control. I don’t know how you broke it, but you did.
Gemma
Arkain, what did they do to you?
Arkain
They hung me on the cross.
Gemma
How could they?
Arkain
Gemma, you stuck that spear in me.

Gemma ran her hand across his bleeding wound.
Gemma
Arkain, I did not mean to.
Arkain
Gemma, I know, I know. You were under control. It’s okay.

He coughed up blood.
Arkain
I’m dying and the others don’t have enough time to get me out of here.
Gemma
Arkain, no! Don’t say that. You promised you’d never leave me. I thought you did once but I knew you’d come back to me. You’re here, so stay.
Arkain
Gemma, I think I’m going to have to break that promise for real this time. I don’t want to, but it seems like I will have to.

She held his hand above his chest.
Gemma
Please Arkain, don’t!

She screamed. Her scream was not heard by anyone else due to Akasha’s lightning hitting the ground.
Akasha
You can’t outrun it forever.
Roselyn
Hayden, we’re at fifty percent!

Roselyn shouted on the floor with Amya above her.

Gemma
Arkain, I have something to tell you.
Arkain
Say it.
Gemma
It’s been eating at me inside. I just didn’t know how to say it. When I was going to you had to leave. Again and again you had to leave me before I could tell you.

She wiped tears coming out from her eyes.

Akasha
Do you want a real fight?

Akasha landed on the ground across from Hayden and Velis.
Akasha
I’m only toying with you both.
Hayden
I was aware.
Velis
Fuck off!

Akasha smiled.

Arkain
You can tell me now Gemma.
Gemma
I just don’t know if I can.
Arkain
Gemma, I’m about to die, if you have to say anything, now would be the time.

Gemma began to cry again.

Roselyn
Well, you can do it already.
Amya
Don’t rush me. You always did think you could tell me how to raise my child.
Roselyn
I was your child. I think I had a right to do so.
Amya
Are you ready?
Roselyn
Not yet.

Amya turned around just in time to see Arrows coming her way from the wall of trees.
Amya
Damn!

She lifted her arms and the arrows turned to stone and fell to the ground.
Amya
Anything else?

She turned back to find Roselyn wasn’t there.
Roselyn
Yes!

Roselyn’s fist connected with Amya and sent her ten feet away crashing into the ground.

Gemma
Arkain, the truth must set me free.
Arkain
Are you sure I need to know this?
Gemma
You must, you really must.
Arkain
Say it.

He coughed up a little more blood.
Arkain
Gemma, there isn’t much time.
Gemma
Arkain, I, um, I,

Hayden
We haven’t much time Velis. Get to the boy, I’ll handle Akasha.

Velis ran towards Arkain but Akasha appeared in front of her.
Akasha
Going somewhere?

Akasha’s fist turned blue with electricity and collided with Velis’ face. Hayden caught Velis as she flew backwards.
Velis
Thanks.
Hayden
We can’t get by without getting past her. She’s faster than you and I.
Akasha
What’s wrong Hayden?
Hayden
You are annoying.

Hayden flew forward.
Akasha
Fun!

Everything he gave was dodged by Akasha.
Akasha
You can’t touch me. La, la, la, la!

Velis grabbed Akasha from behind.
Velis
Looks like I caught you.

Hayden’s fist hit Akasha directly in the face. Velis let go of Akasha and her body hit the ground with a thud.
Velis
Is she dead?
Hayden
No. I only gave her enough to knock her out.
Velis
Well shit, that was hard.
Hayden
A little more and it would have been her head. Now, let’s get to the boy.

They ran forward only to have been stopped by a giant wall of blue.
Akasha
Nice hit Hayden. You really are a pain.
Velis
I thought you said it was enough.

Velis said disappointed.
Hayden
I’ve clearly underestimated her.
Akasha
Now, what do you say we get serious?
Hayden
I’ve been waiting all this time. It was you holding back.
Akasha
Such a gentlemen. I must warn you, you won’t leave here with that boy.
Hayden
Trust me, I will.
Akasha
I’m confident you will run from here empty handed.
Velis
And you will run from here headless.
Akasha
Big words Velis. You on the other hand will be the one who remains here,

Akasha’s hands burst with electricity.
Akasha
Dead.

Amya stood up.
Amya
I’ve trained you well. You took advantage of me letting my guard down.
Roselyn
You said to never do that.
Amya
Forgive me, but you are my daughter.
Roselyn
I didn’t ask for special treatment.
Amya
None of that matters anymore. It won’t happen again. Are you ready to get serious?
Roselyn
Despite you having the advantage, yes.

Amya smiled.
Amya
My baby is all grown up and ready to bite that hand that fed her.
Roselyn
No mother, it was you who withdrew your hand.
Amya
Roselyn, join me. Join me and we shall be happy again.
Roselyn
No mother, like you said, I can’t run with you.
Amya
There comes a time when the bird must fly.
Roselyn
That time came along time ago.

Gemma
I never meant to do it Arkain. I never meant for any of this.
Arkain
What are you talking about?
Gemma
It was an accident, I swear.
Arkain
I understand.
Gemma
Arkain, I never meant to hurt you.
Arkain
Gemma, whatever you did, it’s okay.
Gemma
I'll tell you now. Like I should have told you then. Like I should have told you the moment I first saw your face. Arkain, I-

Giant wall of fire came in between them.
Gemma
-killed your mother.

Arkain rose with strength he didn’t know he had towards the fire to Gemma.

Chapter Thirty Five: Everything Comes Undone

Hayden and Roselyn stood on a rooftop at a distance watching the crowd chant in favor of killing Arkain.
Roselyn
I am ready. We won’t have much time. My trees will hold but not for long. Once they begin firing I give us ten minutes maximum.
Hayden
That should be enough time. We must retrieve him and leave.
Roselyn
Also, I will be giving a lot of energy to this project. It’s a defense that requires a lot of energy.
Hayden
Noted. Are we ready?
Roselyn
Yes. You may proceed.

Roselyn slammed her flat hand onto the ground below.

Ximendos
He should be dead by now.
Akasha
Yes, he has stopped screaming. What a pity, I did not think it would be this short.
Ilias
I agree. Well, one cannot always hope to be satisfied by every feast.

He turned to Gemma.
Ilias
Gemma, why don’t you check if he’s still alive.

Gemma looked up in surprise.
Gemma
Me?

Ilias
Yes, unless you know of any other Gemma in our camp.

Gemma
What shall I do brother?

Ilias
Take the stick down by the cross with the sharp silver end and stick it under his ribs. Would that be too difficult for you?

Gemma
No.

Gemma stood up and walked down the steps. The crowd cheered as she approached.
Ilias
This should be entertaining.
Akasha
A bit cruel, but I like it.

Gemma picked up the spear and held it for a moment staring at the silver in the sun.
Ilias
Quiet.

The roaring crowd all shut their mouths and all that could be heard was the wind.
Ximendos
Now, witness the last and final blow.

Gemma walked under Arkain and stuck the blade under his rib on the left side.
Arkain
Gemma!

The blood fell on her face and she dropped the spear.
Gemma
Arkain?

The ground began to shake as Gemma put a hand over her mouth and fell to her knees.
Iris
This is going to be a problem.

From the ground around giant trees came up and separated the humans from where the Shadow regime sat and where Arkain was held on the cross.
Amya
Roselyn!
Ilias
Run!

The humans began to scatter away from the wall of trees. The trees were fifty feet tall. The sun was beaming down from the top.
Amya
I’ll get rid of the trees.

Before Amya could touch the wall of trees a storm of arrows rained down from the top of the trees.
Iris
Stay!

The arrows fell on an invisible wall and hovered in the air and then fell to the ground.
Ximendos
Show yourselves.

The ground shook next to Arkain and dust covered Arkain and Gemma.
Hayden
It’s been awhile, Ximendos.

Ximendos smiled.
Ximendos
I do not recall inviting you to this party, Hayden.
Ilias
Fire!

The ground began to shake as the Gears fired on the trees.
Hayden
Roselyn, you know what to do!

The cross that held Arkain bent from the bottom and laid itself on the floor and then disappeared into the ground leaving Arkain on the ground.
Hayden
You’ve nearly killed him.
Ximendos
Don’t worry; we can still finish the job.

A rush of green flames erupted from the ground in front of Hayden but stopped an inch away from him.
Hayden
Ximendos, you’ll never learn.

From the flames in front of Hayden’s eyes came a blade. Hayden barely had enough time to fall backwards onto his hands as Ilias flew past him.
Hayden
I have no time for this.

Hayden spun around and connected his foot with Ilias’ shoulder and Ilias flew into the trees. Roselyn landed next to Hayden.
Roselyn
We haven’t much time. Eighty percent is all that’s left of the wall.

They both jumped backwards from each other as a giant pulse of electricity came their way.
Amya
My dear Roselyn, I’ve missed you.

Amya stood a foot away from where Roselyn had just landed.
Roselyn
How dare you speak to me!

Roselyn stood up straight.
Roselyn
Are you ready to kill me?
Amya
Anything for you, my daughter.

They stood and faced each other ready for battle.
Akasha
Well Hayden, we finally meet.
Hayden
You’re as beautiful as I’ve heard. Please go, and you can keep your face.

Akasha laughed.
Akasha
What a lovely thing to say. Thing is, you’re in no position to bargain with me.

She stood there ready for combat.
Akasha
Let’s see what you got, Elf.

Hayden looked behind her to see Ximendos and the rest were gone including Ilias behind him. He noticed Gemma was still collapsed on her knees by Arkain.

Twenty minutes ago.
Cameron awoke to a warm wet feeling on his face.
Cameron
What the hell?

As he opened his eyes he could see a white tail above his face.
Cameron
What are you?

He still did not have the energy needed to pick himself up.
Fallen
What I am is a fox and who I am is Fallen. Please to meet you, young Cameron.
Cameron
You’re a fox.
Fallen
Thank you. I was wondering when I’d figure out that mystery of life. Do you think you could tell me if I’m a male or a female fox next?
Cameron
I’m not laughing.
Fallen
Funny, neither am I. I’m just commenting on how stupid it is to tell a fox he is a fox. By the way, I am a male one if you didn’t notice.

Fallen pounced off his chest onto the ground next to him and sat by the side of his head.
Fallen
How are you feeling?

Cameron turned his head to look at Fallen.
Cameron
I can’t really feel my body. It feels as if that drug they used on me has taken my energy for good.
Fallen
Well, for days, but not for good.
Cameron
Still, there are things to do.
Fallen
Like saving Arkain?
Cameron
The others are doing that.

Present time.
Akasha pounced forward toward Hayden only to receive a foot to the face. Akasha fell backwards onto the ground a few feet away.
Velis
Always wanted to do that to that bitch.
Hayden
Well done, Velis.

Amya stood just staring Roselyn down. Suddenly a silver cord wrapped around her neck and lifted her into the ground and then tossed her into the trees.
Malic
I think that’s twenty points for me.
Roselyn
Thank you, Malic.
Malic
Don’t mention it.

Amya and Akasha stood up to face their now two opponents.
Roselyn
Hayden, sixty percent left!

Ten minutes ago.
Fallen
Do you think they are the right ones for the job?
Cameron
I think they can manage.
Fallen
I think they need you. Well, if anyone does, it’s Arkain.
Cameron
They’ll help save him and your people can have him back. That’s enough to show you guys we can be trusted.
Fallen
I overheard your little speech to your friends after. The whole trust thing doesn’t go to far when I know your true motives.

Cameron was shocked.
Fallen
Perhaps you shouldn’t let your guard down so easily. Now, knowing your plan, I don’t find any reason to stop you.
Cameron
Really? A White Coat member not feeling heroic?
Fallen
You could say that. I’d like to call myself God like. I take the theater approach to things. Although I see horrible things happening, and though I can do things to help stop them, I’d rather just sit back and watch.

Fallen winked at Cameron.
Fallen
I don’t see the incentive anymore. So thus I’ve decided to play the part of the talking wind in your story. My fellow Coats do not need to know of this conversation just as they do not need to know of your plans. Correct?
Cameron
Yes.
Fallen
Well, let me say this quickly before you go.
Cameron
Go?
Fallen
Let me finish. Well, let me begin.

Fallen laughed.
Fallen
There is a story. It’s called the tale of the Sky Walkers. Not many are familiar with it, but even the ones who are know very little about them. The Elf are the only ones who truly know all there is to know about them. As for the lucky few who do know a tad bit we can only hope to pass it on before death. I’m sure there are others who know of this. No, I’m quite positive there are. Otherwise Arkain wouldn’t be so important to the Empire.
Cameron
What is the story?
Fallen
Quiet, I’m talking. The Sky Walkers are said to be the destroyers of life. They wield power beyond comprehension. Power even the Elf are afraid of. Why you may ask? Well the Elf are the reason Sky Walker no longer walk this earth. Yes, even Hayden knows this. Well, these Sky Walkers are supposed to be monsters disguised as beautiful beings. Legend tells that if one were to come to life, it could mean the end of the world. That is of course, if it was twisted to doing so. If one were to persuade it differently, one could control life on Earth as we know it. Now, knowing that is a possibility, one might not even want to trek down that path. So thus the Sky Walker should be killed before it even realizes its full potential. If Arkain unlocked his power he could kill us all or he could be controlled by words. The wise would not even think of doing any of that, the wise one would just kill the Sky Walker. This is a hard task. They are said to be nearly impossible to kill. The only known method of killing one is Elvin bone. If Arkain was to fully put together his power, we’d have to stop him or own him. Now Arkain is a precious piece to any puzzle, to any movement. Now my question is, do you think you need a certain piece to your plan?
Cameron
It would seem so.
Fallen
My advice to you is persuading Arkain to fight for your side. Once that is done everything will come undone. He just might be the only way possible for you to beat the Empire and the White Coats.
Cameron
What about you?
Fallen
I will always be a White Coat.

He rolled his eyes in reference to his coat color.
Fallen
But when things come undone, reason follows. After you’ve secured Arkain to your camp, I’ll move along with you.
Cameron
How will I accomplish that?
Fallen
You’ll figure it out. Sometimes the right words can only come at the right moment. Trying to plan it out will only lead to failure. I have faith that Arkain will understand your way. I may be wrong, but this time it will be him who listens to you.
Cameron
What do you mean?
Fallen
You’ll figure that out soon enough as well. Until then, you need to go save Arkain before Hayden and Roselyn do.
Cameron
I can’t even move.
Fallen
You don’t have to worry about that. I’m about to give you enough power to challenge even Hayden.
Cameron
What are you talking about?
Fallen
Just go with me on this.

Fallen’s fangs glimmered in the sun. He sprang forward and sunk them into Cameron’s neck as Cameron yelled in pain.

Chapter Thirty Four: We Are One

1900

Amron stood inside the woods of his past. Everything was still green and bright.
Amron
Calm down, Orthak. You are making this difficult.

Orthak screamed. Orthak is now the size of a ten year old.
Amron
I know this place brings back bad memories, but we need to be here to find it.

Orthak screamed again.
Amron
I told you already, the Elf world. This is where Hayden first appeared. I remember he said the passage to his world led him right to me. If that is true, it should be near here.

Amron searched and searched while Orthak screamed.
Amron
Well, don’t you look suspicious?

Two trees stood in front of Amron. They went up and arched into each other like a doorway.
Amron
This must be it.

He walked up and ran his hands across.
Amron
I believe we’re supposed to walk through. As we do, become my shadow. I don’t think your presence would do me any good. Best to not make a scene.

Orthak screamed and became his shadow. Amron walked through. It was as if he was transferred into a different world. The sky was purple and the grass was the greatest shade of green he had ever seen.
Amron
Remarkable.

He walked further until he found a giant city. The city resembled an old roman city, all white and beautiful. There were no elves around, just Amron and the wind.
Amron
Hello!

No one answered.
Amron
Dead already?

He approached the middle of the city where the biggest building stood. Up the high stairs sat an elf. Long black hair flowed to the ground and his skin was as white as Amron had ever seen on a face.
Stranger
I’ve knew you’d come.

Amron stood paralyzed in his place.
Stranger
The reason for your presence, I do not know. I confess that much. My name is Godlin Olymny.
Amron
I come for information on your world. You are the king, I assume?

Godlin
Indeed.
Amron
You’re still alive. Hayden would be most pleased.

Godlin’s voice grew tired.
Godlin
Hayden? My son?
Amron
Yes, your son. I am an old friend of his.
Godlin
Oh, how I miss him terribly. He was always my favorite. Did he ever tell you that?
Amron
He’s never spoken of this world. It seems he has gone great lengths to forget it.
Godlin
Shame, he values the rules far too much. He can never come back and that will always eat him inside.
Amron
Why can he never return?
Godlin
Once one leaves this realm, they may never return. We are not to leave our land and return. It’s called corruption, and we need not anymore of that. We are one, Elf, humans, animal, Earth, Universe. Corruption will only teach us otherwise.
Amron
Why was Hayden forced to leave?
Godlin
Well, because of the last great battle. Not too long ago we were attacked. The battle was not going in our favor. While we stood our ground here an assassin got in. Hayden was not for battle and did not enjoy the pleasures of administering death. The assassin elf found his way behind me. Had Hayden not have struck him down, I’d be dead. Right after the elf fell, he was gone. I lost the ability to sense him soon after. We had to accept he left. I have not seen him since that day.

He stood up.
Godlin
I’m forced to believe he thought we’d be dead soon after. If only he waited. If only, then he’d see we survived. There aren’t many of us left but we are still here breeding, trying to start over. The last of the rebel group is being fought as we speak. My sons and daughters are storming their fortress now.
Amron
And you are here alone?
Godlin
Yes. My palace is the safest place in all the lands.
Amron
So elf can die?
Godlin
We do not die naturally. We can be killed, as I’ve pointed out in my story, by another elf. Our bones are the strongest thing you’ll ever find on this planet.
Amron
What sorts of power do the elf posses?
Godlin
We are one with the world. We are capable of harnessing all the elements of this planet and bending them to our liking. Our strength is beyond measure and our magic unfathomable.
Amron
Why has Hayden never used any of these powers?
Godlin
As I said, he is ashamed of being an elf.
Amron
That really clears up a lot. I must ask, because I am curious, are you afraid of death?

Godlin sat back down.
Godlin
We have never thought about that. Our long lives tend to not entertain such ideas.

He placed his hand on his chin.
Godlin
All I have is my existence. I do not know what nonexistence feels like. Existence should fear the nonexistent. That fear doesn’t go to far though. I don’t believe I’ll ever die.
Amron
How old are you? If I may ask.
Godlin
I am eight thousand, seven hundred, and twenty three years old.

Amron smiled.
Amron
Are you the strongest of the elf?
Godlin
One of them. Anyways, I must regretfully inform you that I must return to the battle scene shortly, so this must come to an end.
Amron
I see.
Godlin
I’m sorry young one but what did you say your name was?
Amron
I didn’t. My name is Amron Anselia.
Godlin
You are the first human like creature to venture in our lands. Before you go, I must give you a parting gift.
Amron
What is that?
Godlin
An Elven name worthy of praise.

Amron
It would be an honor.
Godlin
I sense you will do great things in your life. Ones many will not agree with. Even so, you still will follow your own path and will never compromise who you are. If you were an elf, you’d be my son. So thus I welcome you to a new Elven name.

Godlin walked down the stairs and pulled out a sword from his side and placed it over Amron’s shoulder.
Godlin
You are no longer Amron. You are and forever shall be Ximendos Anselia of the Elf.

Ximendos smiled.
Ximendos
A very pleasing name you have bestowed upon me. I promise it will be one the whole world will come to know. Even your kind, Great Godlin.

He smiled. Godlin began to walk back up the steps.
Ximendos
I have a gift for you as well, sir. May I present it now?
Godlin
You may. What is it if I may ask?
Ximendos
Death.

Godlin turned around as fast as he could to attack but then was stuck to the floor.
Godlin
This can't be!

Godlin’s feet were engulfed in blackness and it was moving up his body.
Ximendos
You did so much talking. I thank, it was a pleasure. But I didn’t come here to view this place and its beauty and get information. I came for you.

Godlin’s hands were now covered.
Godlin
This is a half dead?
Ximendos
I’m not familiar with the meaning of that name.
Godlin
You're half-dead is a dark one. It’s a demon. When someone builds so much darkness in them it the body becomes to small and it cannot call the body home anymore and it leaves. It’s called a half dead. It is neither dead nor fully alive. Once it leaves the body the creator can leave it or they can twist it to their liking. You clearly have given it your color. You wield one of the greatest weapons of destruction of all existence. The power it holds is unfathomable.
Ximendos
That will do. We have to go now. Thank you for the name and your power. I thought I’d let you know this is all to kill your son Hayden. I have plans for the world and he is the only one capable of stopping them. Well, was capable.
Godlin
My son.
..
Godlin looked at Ximendos in terror.
Godlin
He will kill you.
Ximendos
I doubt that.
Godlin
You will not win Ximendos.

The blackness was now to his neck.
Godlin
I’ve seen many evils in my lifetime and they all lose. Darkness can never truly prevail over the light.
Ximendos
Well, you’ve never seen me. I’ll be sure to break that pattern you think so highly of. The world will know fear when I shake it. I am God, Sir Godlin, and I will always be.
Godlin
Being God comes at a price young one. There will be a price to pay. They will kill you.
Ximendos
Not if I kill them all first. You said we’re all one, well I guess I’ll know what you meant someday.

The darkness covered him all until Orthak stood where Godlin once stood.
Ximendos
Let’s go Orthak.

They left the Elven world and never returned.

Germany 1914
Ximendos
Well Orthak, let’s get this show on the road. Lights, Camera, death!

Ximendos and Orthak began the destruction of humanity only to be stopped by Amros, Amya, and Hayden after a four hour battle. The treaty of peace is signed only because Amros and Amya beg their brother to look into his heart and find enough love to spare the world of his tyranny. Amron could have chosen anything, but he did as they asked. He put aside all his hate and venom for his brother and sister. Although he wanted nothing more than to kill and enslave the humans.....

It was in that moment he saw in his brother and sister, his mother. He knew then they are one. All three of them represent their mother in different ways. He fled right after the treaty was enacted.
